How to Install?
steps
1.put the a ped.ifp file which is located in the anim file.replace the ped file with file located in ur vice city directory.open anim and make copy and replace.
2.install the cleo file if u dont have it use mine that i gave u.after installing put the swim.cs file in the cleo folder in ur game dirctory.
3.open data\maps and select all my files and copy and replace it in the vice city\data\maps.
4.open img pro that i gave u select the vice city\modles \gta3.img by pressing the browse button.drag all the file in the palm resort\gta3.img and put the files and click the replace button.
5.if u want new back ground and gta 4 water for vice city open models and select my files copy and repalce.
and ur done.
